All orders are sent out either via Australia Post or Office Works Mail Man. Tracking information will be provided upon shipping.
Once the order is with the postal service used, I am not responsible for the loss or delay of the order. Within reason, I will assist in helping to track an order.
Use the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email:
Once your items have been sent, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking ID number and link.
Hold tight – the tracking ID number may take up to 1 business day to become active.

Coastal Creations manages returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase.
We will replace or refund if an item is shown to have a defect. If you are not happy to have the item replaced, we will offer a refund on return of the item. All returns are at the buyer’s expense and must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, such as if you used afterpay for your order your order will be refunded to afterpay and then they refund your card, if you use paypal your order will be refunded with how you used paypal eg: your card or your bank account.
Buy Now Pay Later facilities ( We are currently adding this to our website, sit back and hold tight )
If the purchase was made through a buy now pay later facility, the refunded money will be returned to the account held, and the balance will then be adjusted accordingly.
